Privacy Policy

1. Who We Are

DSNYMAN GLOBAL ENTERPRISES ("we", "us", "our") is an international logistics consultancy. We are committed to protecting your personal data and respecting your privacy in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable data protection laws.

For any privacy-related queries, contact us at support@dsnyman.global.

2. What Data We Collect

We collect personal data in the following circumstances:

  • Contact form submissions — your name, company name, email address, and the message you send us. This is used solely to respond to your enquiry.
  • Client portal — if you are a client with portal access, we store your email address and a securely hashed password to authenticate you. We also store account-related data such as invoices, quotes, and payment records associated with your account.

We do not use analytics tools, advertising trackers, or any third-party tracking on this website.

3. Browser Storage (Cookies)

This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. We use browser storage solely for essential functions:

  • localStorage — stores your acknowledgement of this privacy notice (key: dsge_cookie_consent) so we don't show it again.
  • sessionStorage — used by the client portal to keep you securely logged in for the duration of your browser session. This data is cleared automatically when you close your browser tab.

Neither of these stores are shared with third parties. You can clear them at any time via your browser's developer tools or by clearing site data.

4. How We Use Your Data

We use your data only for the purposes it was collected:

  • To respond to enquiries submitted via the contact form.
  • To provide you with access to the client portal and your account information.
  • To send transactional communications (invoices, quotes, password resets) where you are a client.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services that may process your data:

  • SendGrid (Twilio) — for sending transactional emails. Your email address is transmitted to SendGrid solely to deliver the email.
  • Amazon Web Services (AWS) — our infrastructure runs on AWS (eu-north-1 region). Data is stored and processed within the EU.

6. Data Retention

Contact form submissions are retained for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry. Client account data (invoices, quotes, payments) is retained for the duration of our business relationship and for a reasonable period thereafter for legal and accounting purposes.

7. Your Rights Under GDPR

You have the right to:

  • Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Rectification — ask us to correct inaccurate data.
  • Erasure — request deletion of your personal data ("right to be forgotten").
  • Restriction — ask us to limit how we process your data.
  • Portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
  • Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interests.

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at support@dsnyman.global. We will respond within 30 days.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of our website or client portal after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
